DVLA Medical Assessment Policy
DVLA medical assessments are classed as private work and as such is are not covered by NHS services. Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Non-Attendance
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late for your appointment and there is not enough time to complete the assessment, the doctor will determine whether the appointment can proceed.

If the assessment cannot be completed, 50% of the fee will be retained by the surgery, and

You will be required to pay the full fee again to rebook.
